To be honest I had low expectations when we started, I liked Mark and knew he would do a good job but wasn’t convinced we could successfully rent such a large home out, consistently enough to make it work. Well I was wrong. Over the course of the past year we had the house rented about 75% of the time (my focus being short term renters) and we generated enough revenue to cover all my costs, generate depreciation expenses and still deliver a substantial net revenue stream.

Mark ensured we got the right kind of renters, communicated occasionally with the neighbors, took care of the renters, collected the money, the house was cleaned and maintained. And added benefit was he watched over the house. When a big windstorm hit and took down a tree, he took care of it. Just like he did with yard maintenance fall clean-up.. the list goes on.
